Continuing Education Credits:

Trauma 101: Understanding the Impact of Trauma on Children and Brain Development 101: Understanding the Impact of Trauma on Brain Development are approved for 3 hours of the following continuing education. Trauma/Brain 201: Building Resiliency is approved for 5 hours :

  • MSW (core hours)
  • LMFT/LPC (related hours)
  • POST
  • FVIP
  • Babies Can’t Wait – Project SCEIs in Area 1 | Children and Families – Birth to 8

Continuing Education Certificates will not be issued to participants who miss more than ten minutes of the training due to late arrival, interruptions, or early departure, or who do not complete the sign-in-sheet.

Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) staff may count CWTC classes towards yearly training requirements. Instructions for adding CWTC classes to transcripts are found in this document:  DFCS Transcript Instructions.
